Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept most major credit and debit card payment, however NOT American Express and NOT Visa Electron.
We accept Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
If you wish to post your order and pay by cheque then please make your cheque payable to "Middle Farm Partnership".
Shipping And Handling
Light items are usually sent by first class Royal Mail Delivery. Expensive small items are usually sent by first class signed for delivery. Heavy items are usually sent by courier which normally takes about 3 to 5 working days. We reserve the right to change the above as necessary.
Postage and packaging charges are as follows;
Under £10 £2.00
£10.01 to £20.00 £2.95
£20.01 to £50.00 £4.95
£50.01 to £100 £7.95
over £100 £9.95
Overseas shipping £7.50,
IMPORTANT you will need to contact us for cost of shipping heavy items overseas.
If there are any excess charges for unusual postal addresses we will contact you.
Delivery Schedule
We endevour to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days .Please allow up to 28 days for items not in stock. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is included in the price you see on the web site.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
You may return most items in their original packaging and condition up to 10 days after purchase. There is no refund for postage. We are unable to accept returned electronic items ie DVDs and PC CD-ROMs unless they are found to be faulty.
